For all general information, Hotel Apollo has made available its future guests this FAQ page.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING FOR MY CAR?

  • Cars can be parked in the three private areas of the hotel at a cost of Euro 8.00 per day to be paid locally after checking availability upon arrival.
  • Unguarded parking.

IF I ARRIVE BY TRAIN?

  • No problem: you can take a taxi which will cost around € 18.00, or you can take the city bus number 4 and get off at the bus stop 21 Viserbella’s seafront. The trein station is about 5 km

CHECK IN : AT WHAT TIME IS THE ROOM AVAILABLE?

  • The rooms are available within 14.00, but if they were ready before we gladly will deliver the keys.
  • If you wish to travel with convenient and arrive in the morning even though the room is not available, you can either check-in
  • deposit your luggage near the reception, park the car and maybe take a walk on the beach.

CHECK OUT. IN THE DAY OF DEPARTURE AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I RELEASE MY ROOM?

  • The room the day of departure must be vacated at 10.00 h. On request, and subject to availability, it can be programmed using the room for an extended time. The option must still be expressly agreed with the reception and can provide for an additional cost. However if you wish to spend the ‘last day with us, we can gladly store your luggage.

HOW IS ORGANIZED BEACH SERVICE?

  • The hotel has an agreement with two beach.
  • If you have chosen the All Inclusive “package” , the beach umbrella is provided from the third row onwards.
  • The first three rows are available for an additional fee payable locally verifying the availability directly with the direction of the beach. The day of your arrival we will give you a voucher to be presented directly to the lifeguard and, based on their availability, you are shown to your beach umbrella.

WE HAVE A SMALL CHILD, DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES TO CHILDREN?

  • Of course! Our hotel is a family hotel dedicated to young children. There is cbaby-beds or beds with sides, baby baths, bottle warmers, high chairs, strollers! Children can also play freely in our babyparc, equipped with slides, carousel, houses, swing and a ping pong table.

WHEN IS THE RESTAURANT OPEN?

  • Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 9:30 in the dining room and later is served in the bar.
  • Lunch from 12:30 to 13:30 and dinner from 19:30 until 20:30.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE?

  • In case of early departure you will be charged the cost of 3 nights.

HOW CAN I PAY?

  • You can pay by credit card, or cash.

ARE THE FLOORS OF THE HOTEL ACCESSIBLE BY LIFT?

  • Yes, all the hotel floors are accessible by lift. Only exception to the ‘wellness area!

WHAT TIME DO YOU CLOSE THE NIGHT?

  • The hotel is open 24 hours a day.

HOW MUCH DOES THE USE OF THE ROOM SAFE COST?

  • It is free. It is only requires a deposit of € 20,00 which will be returned to you at the check-out.

ARE THERE IN HOTEL NON-SMOKING ROOMS?

  • Yes, the rooms of the hotel are no smoking-rooms.

ARE THE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH A FLAT IRON?

  • For safety reasons, the irons are not provided in the room; on request you can make use of external laundry service for a fee.

DO I HAVE TO BRING THE HAIR DRYER?

  • All rooms in our hotel are equipped with hairdryer.

IS THERE A BALCONY IN THE ROOM?

  • Yes, all rooms have a balcony with side sea view.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ROOMS FOR DISABLED?

  • Unfortunately not.

IS THERE THE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM?

  • Air conditioning is available in all rooms and can be managed independently. The rooms are also equipped with ceiling fans. The service is free.

IS THERE A MINI-FRIDGE IN THE ROOM?

  • Each room has a mini-fridge at your disposal. The service is free.

ARE THE DRINKS AT THE BAR INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

  • Drinks from the bar are extra and must be paid at the check-out.

I WANT TO FORGET THE CAR ONCE I ARRIVED, BUT I ALSO WANT TO VISIT RIMINI AND ITS SURROUNDINGS, HOW CAN I DO?

  • We will put at your disposal some bicycles, also with child seat, for small excursions in Rimini. 

I DOES THE HOTEL OFFER WIFI SERVICE?

  • The Hotel offers free and unlimited Wi-Fi service available in the room and common areas. Ask the reception for the password to log on.
  • Also at your disposal it is a PC with Internet access right next to the reception.

I TRAVEL WITH THE FAMILY AND I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH SPACE FOR THE STROLLER ...

  • No problem, we have some available for our younger guests.

CAN YOU PREPARE THE MEALS FOR MY CHILD?

  • Our chef will prepare broths and vegetable soup with fresh and selected ingredients for your child.

IS THE POOL HEATED?

  • The pool water is not heated but the whirlpool water is hot.

CAN I PRACTICE SOME SPORT AT YOUR HOTEL?

  • During your stay you can keep in shape using our gym . The service is free.

IS THERE ENTERTAINMENT IN THE HOTEL?

  • The entertainment for our guests is offered daily at the beach.
